Parks & Recreation Tree Advisory Board

About the Parks and Recreation Tree Advisory Board
The Parks and Recreation Tree Advisory Board meets periodically to plan urban-forestry projects in the Community. Well-placed and managed public trees add value to the City by providing shade, improving air quality, minimizing storm water runoff, providing erosion control, and contributing to aesthetic beauty.  The Parks and Recreation Tree Advisory Board makes recommendations to the City Council regarding tree planting and tree care in City Parks and other areas of the Community.
