X-treme Green Events

Community Waste Disposal (CWD) will host two (2) X-treme Green Evens per year in conjunction with the Trash Off events. The City of Lancaster is a healthy, safe and vibrant community! The City is committed to continue being clean and green, while providing a healthy and safe environment for its citizens. In support of Keep America Beautiful and the Great American Clean-up efforts, the City of Lancaster welcomes residents to take advantage of the Quarterly Trash Off Events at 1501 N. Dallas Avenue (next to Regions Bank). Trash Off is a great opportunity for Lancaster residents to clean out their home, garage, and yard of bulk trash, recyclables, scrap metal, brush, and electronic waste (i.e. computers, kitchen appliances, televisions, etc.) for disposal FREE of cost.

This program is open to Lancaster residents only with proof of residency. For more information please call 972-218-1303 or email Community Relations at CommunityRelations@lancaster-tx.com.

Volunteer!

Trash Off is also a wonderful opportunity for individuals, groups and organizations to volunteer to clean-up trash in selected areas of Lancaster. Join us in Keeping Lancaster Beautiful! Residents, homeowner associations, Public Improvement Districts, youth groups and other organizations may volunteer for neighborhood clean-up. Volunteer t-shirts are given to all volunteers and participants as a token of our appreciation for taking the time to show their community pride and helping to beautify Lancaster. We look forward to seeing you there as we create a more healthy, safe and vibrant city! For more information, please contact us at 972-218-1303. Click HERE to submit your volunteer application TODAY!
