Any event open to the public within the Lancaster city limits, is considered a "Special Event", and requires a Special Event Application to be submitted to Community Relations. There is an application fee of $25 for applications submitted 30 days in advance from the date of the event, and $50 for applications submitted less than 30 days in advance from the date of the event.Community Relations
