  • Council meetings are generally held at 7:00 pm, the second and fourth Monday of each month in the Council Chambers located at: 211 N. Henry St. Lancaster, TX 75146
    Council work sessions are generally held at 7:00 pm, the third Monday of the month at: James R. Williams Pump Station 1999 Jefferson St. Lancaster, TX 75134

  • The Lancaster City Council welcomes your comments and suggestions. To address the City Council or to speak regarding a specific agenda item at any regular City Council meeting, citizens should complete a Request to Speak form and submit it to the city secretary prior to the start of the meeting.

    Although City Council may not take action on matters not posted on the agenda, the council will hear your comments and may direct staff regarding the matter.

    Citizen comments are limited to three minutes per speaker.
