About the Assistant City Manager

Fabrice joined the City of Lancaster as a graduate intern in December, 2013. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Administration  and a Graduate Certificate in Public Budgeting and Financial Management from the University of  Texas at Arlington.

In May 2014 he accepted the position of Assistant to the City Manager. In October 2018 Fabrice was promoted to Assistant City Manager.

Fabrice is a member of the International City Managers Association (ICMA), Urban Management Assistants of North Texas (UMANT), Emerging Local Government Leaders (ELGL), and North Texas City Management Association (NTCMA). He has completed several leadership training programs including the University of Virginia Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service-LEAD and is currently in the Leadership ICMA program Class of 2019.
