I would like to welcome you to the City of Lancaster. As City Manager for the City of Lancaster, I am proud to work with our Executive Team to attain the city's vision through development and facilitation of goals that meet the City Council's Goals and Objectives.

About Lancaster
Lancaster is just minutes from downtown Dallas and offers the comfort of a small town with access to the commerce of the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex. Lancaster is an excellent place to live, work, learn, and play. We look forward to you relocating or visiting our community.
City Growth
The City of Lancaster has grown to include 41,275 residents. To accommodate the strong growth, the city has a plan that prepares the community for commercial, industrial, retail, and residential developments.
Transportation
Lancaster has excellent freeway access, with Interstate highways 20, 35, and 45; the proposed Loop 9; the Lancaster Regional Airport; and a rail line.
