On Thursday, April 13, 2023, Mayor Clyde C. Hairston gave his annual State of the City Address in the Grand Hall at the Lancaster Recreation Center. In his address, Mayor Hairston provided a comprehensive review of 2022 accomplishments while providing a glimpse into the future of the City in the areas of fiscal management, civic engagement, economic development, infrastructure improvement and more.
