Adult Fitness Classes

ZUMBA
Party yourself into shape! ZUMBA is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow Latin-inspired dance fitness class that is moving millions toward good health. The music is upbeat and the moves are great for any fitness level.

Morning classes
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Cycling Class
An opportunity for indoor cycling - this spin class is a great cardio workout that is set to music.  You will perform intervals, warm-up and cool-down at an upbeat tempo. Must have an active Recreational ID for this class.

DancerSize

Time to get into shape while learning the latest line dances - DancerSize is a line dance exercise class that allows you to dance your way through a fulfilling cardio workout.

Fierless Fashion
Learn to sew; beginner, intermediate and advanced classes.   Classes are small, informal and fun!!

Self-Defense Class for Women
A basic course for women, ages 13-100, in techniques for personal safety, prevention, and self defense. Physical  techniques are built around gross motor skills to escape and survive an attack, using training and repetition to prepare for possible life situations.  This class does discuss those hard topics, e.g. sexual assault, date-rape drugs, etc., with the basics of the legality of self-defense includes.
