Adopted Ordinances
Effective March 24, 2025, the 2023 National Electrical Code was adopted by the City of Lancaster with amendments recommended by the North Central Texas Council of Governments.
Effective March 24, 2025 the 2021 International Building Codes along with related construction codes were adopted by the City of Lancaster with amendments recommended by the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Effective June 10, 2024 the International Fire Code was adopted by the City of Lancaster with amendments recommended by the North Central Texas Council of Governments. All plan review after this date will be reviewed per the 2021 adopted codes.
