2025 Summer
The Lancaster Fire Department is pleased to announce our 6th annual Junior Fire Chiefs Academy! Lancaster resident participants will learn critical safety tips involving medical and fire prevention, emergency preparedness, fire fighting techniques, teamwork and physical fitness. This program aims to instill a sense of responsibility, teach lifesaving skills, and inspire an interest in public service or emergency response careers among young participants.

This year, Junior Fire Chiefs Academy will be held for one week, Monday through Friday, June 9th through June 13th, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. There is no fee to register. JFCA is for teens, ages 13 through 18 years of age.

Alternatively, you can deliver them in person to the Public Safety Building located at 1650 N. Dallas Ave., Lancaster, TX 75134. Spots will be limited. First come, first served!
