The City of Lancaster completed it’s most recent comprehensive Water and Wastewater Master Plan in 2021 (2021 W/WWMP).
Followed by the 2021 Master Plan, the City experienced significant industrial growth and development interest in the southeastern portion of the City, projecting significant water demands and wastewater flows. To accommodate that, the City completed another 2024 Water & Wastewater CIP Update Study In 2024. The 2024 Water & Wastewater CIP Study is a supplemental study to the 2021 Master Plan.
