The Lancaster Police Department requires that all police officers and employees maintain the highest standard of conduct and service. When an employee provides a citizen with premier service, we ask that you recognize this employee.
If an employee fails to meet your expectations this can result in a complaint. The Lancaster Police Department will investigate all valid complaints through the Internal Affairs Department. Complaint Process.
